We need EVERYONE to show support by contacting Ellsworth City Council.
A sign in the front yard gives the impression of opposition, a documented statement to the Council makes it undeniable.
- The next meeting is a special meeting specifically scheduled for this sole issue. There are no other items on the agenda. Councilors will be discussing a moratorium and potentially will be taking action. There likely will be a vote.

I support a moratorium because Ellsworth needs clear rules about where and how campgrounds and commercial businesses should be developed.
I support a moratorium because our rural neighborhood character, quality of life, and financial investments deserve protection.
I support a moratorium because this decision is bigger than one campground—it could set a precedent for commercial development in rural residential neighborhoods throughout Ellsworth.
