OUR CONCERNS

With this proposal to convert the existing residential lot into a high-density commercial one, our neighbors are concerned about traffic, the impact on emergency services, security risks, wildlife displacement, wetlands impact, water contamination, decrease in property values, increased trespassing and infringement on quality of life.
